Business Intelligence Catalyst

As a key business intelligence catalyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across departments to understand challenges, gather requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive business growth initiatives within the organization and report on success
  • Analyze current business processes and gaps, define revised processes according to business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, define, gather, and monitor key business requirements & metrics
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to present key metrics, share highlights, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met
  • Partner with stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive requirement discussions with the business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Proficiency in Excel, workable knowledge in SQL
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong bias for action, ability to connect and drive work across teams
  • High business acumen
