Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Lead to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets, including customer data and feedback from stakeholders, to provide actionable recommendations for strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analysis, testing, and measurement approaches that address emerging business issues and opportunities.
  • Develop intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions by leveraging advanced analytics skills and expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Provide updates to leadership and other stakeholders on complex concepts and analysis results, emphasizing actionable outcomes and business impact.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management, including origination and debt collection processes.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud implementations, with experience in big data and Spark/Hadoop.
  • Excellent organizational skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
