**Job Description:**

  • The portfolio leader will oversee a team of BI professionals, guiding them in transforming information and data into actionable insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Monitor SLAs and update stakeholders on trends proactively.
  • Identify gaps in metrics defined by the team and analyze trends within datasets.
  • Resolve cash escalations/global issues with operations and clients to accelerate cash flow.
  • Discover new use cases for statistical modeling and automation.
  • Generate client/C-suite facing reports and metrics for drill-down analysis and automation.
  • Identify key improvement areas and provide domain-specific updates.
  • Forecast cash using business intelligence tools.
  • Manage reporting activities for all key business metrics, ensuring timely delivery of accurate reports.
  • Provide deep dive data analysis and insights on suboptimal performance in RCM metrics.
  • Manage ad hoc requests for RCM/enterprise-level metrics analysis and reports from leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Engage in new transitions to set up seamless reporting systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**


  • Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
  • Post-graduate in Business Administration/Analytics/Engineering or Statistics would be preferred.
