Job Title: Data Analytics Leader

This is a permanent opportunity seeking an experienced Data Science & Analytics professional to oversee research and apply knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions.

  • Supervise the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture.
  • Develop standards, policies, and procedures for business intelligence tools and systems.
  • Define and execute useful analyses to solve problems, optimizing enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to users.
  • Create testing methodologies and criteria, supervising the development of data/information quality metrics.
  • Research new technologies and develop business cases to support their use.
Requirements:
  • Advanced to expert knowledge in data science, combined with experience.
  • Substantial knowledge of organization, programs, or systems to make enhancements within job area.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • Overall experience of 12+ years, with proven leadership experience (8+ years) in data analytics, managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Snowflake, SQL, SAP S4, HANA), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and AWS Cloud, AWS Athena.
  • Domain knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
