Lead Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

About the Role
  • Design and develop complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SQL, and other related technologies
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles, including data modeling, query optimization, and data storytelling
  • Expertise in database management systems, including SQL Server and Azure Data Warehouse
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
