We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead our business intelligence and reporting analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with management to prioritize business needs and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data, interpret results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Identify critical data points that impact business performance
  • Sources and maintains databases and data systems
  • Filtrates and cleans data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Generates easy-to-understand reports based on collected data
  • Collaborates with department managers to establish data collection guidelines for internal use
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing dashboards and tools with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Advanced degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Technology, or Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or related fields
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly learn new technologies in analytics such as AWS, Python, DISCO, Power Tools, Power Automate, Power App, and Power BI
