Key Responsibilities- Develop, analyze, and maintain detailed sales performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic business decisions.
- Prepare insightful and visually impactful presentations showcasing business trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and improve reporting accuracy.
- Identify key trends in sales data and provide strategic insights to optimize sales strategies and operations.
- Drive automation in reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate analytics insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics, reporting, and presentation, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with insurance products, sales cycles, and financial terminology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
