Job Role: Music Synchronization Specialist

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing commercial sync placements for our multi-genre catalogue by pitching to music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching music tracks to industry professionals to secure commercial sync placements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.
  • Tracking and managing all pitches, leads, and placements for optimal visibility on opportunities.
  • Identifying secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Staying informed about current sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
  • Providing regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is beneficial.
