Job Title: Strategic SAP Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level expertise on the SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.
  • Offer on-demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as partners in charge of data center administration.
  • Ensure that Solution issues escalated to the Global Support team are properly addressed, including ticket response, fixes, testing, and follow-up.
  • Analyze content of releases on assigned areas and recommend optimal testing strategies.
  • Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factories to ensure proper release validation processes.
  • Analyze, challenge, and validate recommendations and actions within designated areas.
  • Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders regarding problem-solving and enhancement initiatives.
  • Support deployments, including scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transition to AM.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial and Controlling Processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the SAP FICO module, with a strong understanding of its complexities.
  • 8+ years of SAP experience as a consultant, with a track record of delivering complex projects across multiple domains.
  • Hands-on experience with FI (G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing and Reporting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Order, CO-PA, CO-PC) modules.
  • Excellent expertise in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis, as well as CO-Profit Center Accounting.
  • Strong functional configuration skills in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Profitability Analysis (PA), and New GL.
  • Experience in financial month-end activities, financial closing cockpits, and intercompany reconciliation processes is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • SAP S4HANA (1709/1809/1909) implementation or conversion project experience, particularly with Simple Finance/Central Finance exposure.
  • Project experience activities should include preparation, synchronization, conversion, and post-processing, with comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Finance.
  • Fiori Apps, Fiori Launchpad, and Fiori Launchpad Designer configuration and feature knowledge is beneficial.
  • Leadership and validation of cutover activities are essential.
  • Integration with other modules, such as MM, SD, PS, is preferred.
Others:
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP functional processes, available functionalities, and technical background, including customizing, environment, transport orders, and different stages of projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, follow-up, team work, and multiple teams' interaction.
  • SAP S/4 HANA (v1610 and 1709/1809/1909) and Fiori Certification is highly desirable.
