Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

This role involves facilitating research, exploration and analysis of business systems requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

You will be responsible for documenting current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps. This includes analyzing system factors such as input/output requirements, information flow and hardware/software needs.

In addition, you will evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization. You will also assist in creation of business case documentation and drive implementation of systems working closely with technical team members.

Your expertise in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word is essential for this role. Familiarity with application integration methods including data mapping processes is also desirable.

We are looking for someone with strong domain knowledge in at least one business area and the ability to analyze and improve sophisticated processes and systems. Your superb communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
  • Familiarity with application integration methods including data mapping processes.
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area.
  • Superb communication skills.
