We are looking for an Operations Professional to focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

The role will involve designing and implementing standard operating procedures, standardizing workflows, and continuously refining processes based on data and feedback.

You will lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations, partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams, and work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement standard operating procedures for daily operations.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

Program Management

  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support execution of new launches and promotional campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution, with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
