**Job Title:** Team Lead for Order to Cash Operations

  • Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead for our Order to Cash team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable systems.
  • Identify improvement opportunities that enhance both AR efficiency and quality, supporting Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding invoice matters and supplier inquiries.
  • Resolve queries related to invoices and maintain accurate records of resolution status updates.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Generate system-based reports to support operational insights.
  • Develop capabilities within operations by training and coaching team members on-site.
  • Implement initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiency within designated areas of expertise.
  • Maintain and regularly update process documentation.
  • Address queries from team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Create a knowledge database that supports learning and development.
  • Conduct quality checks across all activities.
  • Develop and utilize policies and procedures for various AR functions.

Requirements:

  • Graduates and/or postgraduates with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end knowledge in OTC processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language proficiency: English.
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented individual with good domain expertise and understanding of SAP, Concur being an asset.
