  • We are seeking an accomplished Specialist to spearhead our Operational Excellence initiatives.
Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive a focused effort to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability for our Global Manufacturing sites. This role involves collaborating with Site Leadership Teams and Director Operational Excellence to develop and execute performance transformations that improve operational excellence, systems, and foster a continuous improvement culture.

This specialist will be accountable for developing cost improvement projects through operational efficiencies, establishing OEE programs to track and eliminate lost production causes, and conducting diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.

A key aspect of this role is promoting the use of proven tools and approaches to achieve manufacturing excellence. Additionally, the specialist will ensure the sustainability of improvements by providing training and skill-building opportunities for leaders.

In this capacity, you will lead and mentor leadership team members, facilitating a culture that motivates employees. You will also recommend methods to increase product quality and participate in self-development activities and training of others.

This role requires close collaboration with OE Managers in US, EU & IN sites and the Director of OE (US, EU & IN) to implement improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or business discipline;
  • Extensive experience in project/program management, operational excellence/continuous improvement, or consulting roles;
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt;
  • Strong technical skills;
  • Impact and influence skills; strong experience in change management;
  • Initiative;
  • Project Management skills.
