Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Business Process Optimization Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes and capabilities that drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

This involves:

  • Developing and executing sales incentive plans to motivate sales teams.
  • Designing and implementing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support customers and drive efficiency.
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact with stakeholders, management, and operational teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.

Requirements

  • A first-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
