Job Title:

A high-level human resources professional is sought to oversee a range of functions, including onboarding and employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Ensure the onboarding process from documentation to orientation is seamless.
    • Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
    • Provide support by handling queries, resolving issues, and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Policies & Processes:
    • Design, develop, and implement policies aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
    • Build and standardize processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • HR Systems & Reporting:
    • Drive adoption and utilization of HRMS across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and lead reports for management covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
    • Conduct report analysis, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
    • Monitor adherence to regulatory updates.
    • Uphold the Code of Conduct (COC) across all employee levels ensuring fair and ethical workplace practices.
  • Performance & Employee Relations:
    • Support increment meetings providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
    • Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
    • Hands-on experience with HRMS.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
    • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
