Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to oversee statutory filings, compliance with regulatory requirements, financial statement preparation, and taxation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents and returns to relevant government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to financial statements and statutory filings.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations affecting finance operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information to stakeholders, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations affecting finance operations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
