Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Compliance Head to oversee the financial operations, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance of our Indian and International companies. This role requires expertise in financial strategy, tax planning, compliance, and audit coordination to ensure the optimal financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with third-party auditors and consultants to maintain an efficient and legally sound financial structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Structuring

- Oversee the inflow and outflow of company funds, ensuring all transactions are justified with proper invoices and contracts.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize tax efficiency and cash flow management.

- Ensure that accounting practices comply with local and international financial regulations.

- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and advise leadership on key financial decisions.

Compliance & Tax Planning

- Ensure the company's tax structure is legally optimized and in full compliance with Indian and international tax laws.

- Coordinate with third-party auditors, including Indian Chartered Accountants (CAs) and International CA/CPA firms.

- Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on necessary structural adjustments.

- Handle regulatory filings, tax returns, and statutory compliance for both Indian and international entities.

Audit & Risk Management

- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement financial controls to mitigate potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and corporate governance requirements.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights and compliance guidance to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in finance, taxation, and compliance, with exposure to international tax laws and financial structuring.

- Must have handled more than 200 Cr revenue or budget.

- Strong understanding of Indian GST, Income Tax, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, and international tax regulations.

- Proven experience in handling multi-entity financial management and compliance.

- Prior experience in working with auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Proficiency in financial software, and Excel-based financial modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
