Head of Finance

The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Head of Finance will work closely with the executive team to support business objectives and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Present financial reports and insights to the CEO and board of Be a qualified CA with proven work experience (minimum 5+ years), preferably from B2B growth start-up

- Experience with financial management software systems

- Fund Raise/Due Diligence Exposure

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Straddle multiple projects simultaneously
