As we prepare for an SME IPO, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Head to oversee our financial operations and lead our accounting and compliance efforts.

Position: Finance Head

Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office)

Industry: IT Training & Services

Annual Turnover: ₹60 Crores

Employee Strength: 200+

Salary Range: ₹8-15 Lakhs per Annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Finance Head at Rooman Technologies, you will be responsible for the financial health of the company, managing accounting operations, and ensuring statutory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

· Financial Planning and Strategy: Assist in developing and executing financial strategies to support the company's growth, including preparations for the SME IPO.

· Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely closing, and compliance with accounting standards.

· Compliance & Statutory Filings: Ensure all statutory filings, such as GST, TDS, and others, are filed on time. Manage audit preparations and liaise with government agencies when required.

· Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the company's financial stability.

· Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and timely reporting.

· Investor Relations: Assist in preparing financial documents for investor meetings and provide insights on financial performance.

· Financial Forecasting: Provide insights and analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax laws.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.

· Experience in preparing for IPOs, statutory filings, and managing compliance.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
