Japanese Corporate Banking Administrator

About the Role
This position is part of the Japanese Corporate Banking Division at MUFG, a leading financial institution. As an Administrator/Analyst/Associate, you will provide administrative support to the department, enabling the effective operation and development of customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations of the Bank.
Financial
- Translate organizational targets into department goals.
Customer
- Deliver high-quality service to customers, enhancing the function's reputation and meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely processing of transactions.
People
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer requirements.
- Train and educate new and existing team members.
Other/Control
- Manage lines expiry, over-dues, and other compliance matters.
- Execute work concerning various schemes and directives provided by RBI or other financial institutions.
- Support Relationship Managers in their day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Operation departments with a customer-centric approach.
Candidate Profile
Expertise/Knowledge Required:
- Good experience in administration support.
- Experience or knowledge of the financial sector.
- Quantitative and numeracy skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
Requirements:
- Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Min 2+ ~8 years experience in Banking Industry
