Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our change management activities and develop program strategies.

  • Apply structured methodologies to manage projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, and capability transfer.
  • Establish effective governance controls to ensure project success.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to stakeholders.
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods.
  • Manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff members.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in consulting or managing change programs within investment banking.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong conflict management/resolution skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and documentation skills.
