Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing Operations Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sourcing process, from supplier identification to agreement execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to ensure smooth sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sourcing Processes: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet our business needs while ensuring compliance with procurement strategies.
  • Engage with Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage outsourced sourcing tasks, ensuring quality and goal alignment.
  • Agreement Life-Cycle Management: Support the drafting, execution, renewal, and resolution of issues related to sourcing agreements in collaboration with partners.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to ensure seamless sourcing operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Expertise: Expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with sourcing tools and software such as eSourcing platforms and agreement management systems.
