Job Title: Data Privacy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead data privacy projects across various industries to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of privacy impact and data protection impact.
  • Develop and review privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Implement and monitor privacy controls, including data subject rights, consent management, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure privacy compliance in technology and business processes.
  • Drive awareness sessions and training programs on data privacy and protection.
  • Prepare and present reports on privacy risks, compliance gaps, and remediation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data privacy, information security, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy audits, assessments, and compliance programs.
  • Exposure to ISO 27701 and other privacy/security frameworks.
  • Ability to manage client engagements, lead teams, and deliver projects within timelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CIPT / CIPP-E / CISM / CISA or equivalent privacy/security certifications.
  • ISO 27701 Implementer certification is highly valued.
