Job Title: Enrollment Specialist

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving school admissions and fostering meaningful relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Admission Team to convert leads into enrollments, ensuring we meet our enrollment targets.
- Provide expert guidance to new parents on our curriculum framework, highlighting its unique strengths and benefits.
- Offer detailed insights into our board structure and integrated curriculum, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Work closely with the Admission Team to identify children with special needs and provide personalized advice to their parents on the additional support we offer.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents, showcasing our teaching initiatives and facilities.
- Offer individualized guidance to parents on academic eligibility requirements, suitable board selection, academic policies, and delivery procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our programs and requirements, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Assist parents through the admission registration process, evaluate student admissibility, and provide clear guidance on the admission process.
- Promptly address existing parents' queries and ensure timely resolution of any issues they raise.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Manage our VIBGYOR alumni association and internship programs, maintaining accurate records of alumni membership and engagement activities.
- Address and resolve academic grievances raised by parents, ensuring high customer satisfaction and internal coordination with teams to appraise parents on students' academic progress when needed.

Required Qualifications:

- A graduate degree in any stream, with a professional degree preferred (B.Ed/M.Ed). Candidates with professional certification in Pre-Primary/Primary/Secondary teaching may also be considered.

Desirable Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching in Schools.
- Prior experience in admission counseling for Schools will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in group presentations critical.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, ages, and nationalities.

Desirable Knowledge:

- Proficient knowledge of curriculums.
- In-depth understanding of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
