Electrical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee the entire electrical vessel construction process from start to finish. This includes managing and overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all tasks comply with project schedules and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, able to direct a team of engineers, managers, and subcontractors while encouraging a positive work environment that fosters cooperation and teamwork among all site employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Create and manage project schedules to guarantee milestones are delivered on time.
  • Leadership: Oversee a group of engineers, managers, and subcontractors, offering direction and assistance as required.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all work is completed in compliance with industry norms, safety laws, and project specifications.
  • Safety Management: Put safety procedures into place and implement them to provide a safe working environment for all site workers.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the distribution and acquisition of supplies, machinery, and tools needed for the project.

Qualifications include:

  • Electrical engineering bachelor's degree.
  • Five years minimum of experience in a similar sector, such as shipbuilding or maritime construction.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems and principles of marine engineering.
  • Outstanding project management abilities and a track record of overseeing complex construction projects.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Expertise in using project management tools and software.
