Electrical Site Engineer

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant degree.
- Experience(3 - 5 years) in MEP project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with project management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and ensure goods match specifications.
- Coordinate project scheduling and monitor progress.
- Approve method statements for tasks like conduit laying and switchboard fixing.
- Conduct regular site visits to track construction progress.
- Approve vendors for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.
- Prepare and update the detailed construction program.
- Review and issue Requests for Information (RFI) and checklists.
- Approve rates and claims for additional work outside the BOQ.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors to resolve installation issues.
- Attend meetings with clients and contractors for technical discussions.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
- Inspect MEP work on-site according to shop drawings and methods.
