As a Senior Beverage Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an innovative roadmap for beverages that aligns with our brand vision.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing R&D function, comprising scientists, food technologists, and lab partnerships.
  • Stay at the forefront of global beverage trends, functional ingredients, and health sciences to drive growth and competitiveness.
  • Formulate and optimize beverages for optimal nutrition, flavor, cost, and shelf-life, ensuring they meet consumer expectations.
  • Explore and innovate with functional ingredients, such as proteins, adaptogens, botanicals, natural sweeteners, probiotics, and more.
  • Design and execute pilot trials, sensory studies, and consumer testing to validate product concepts before scaling.
  • Ensure FSSAI compliance for all products and validate nutrition/health claims, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee food safety testing, certifications, and quality standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with manufacturing units and co-packers to scale formulations efficiently, solving for stability, packaging, and supply chain compatibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to craft compelling product positioning, storytelling, and claims that resonate with consumers.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations/Finance to optimize costs, sourcing, and supply chain management.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring balance between scientific expertise, consumer insight, commercial viability, and effective stakeholder management.
