ServiceNow Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with expertise in SKU creation workflows and FMCG domain knowledge.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Data.World platform, ServiceNow/MDM certifications, and understanding of data governance and stewardship.
