  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Enhance employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery purchases, and procurement of other essential items.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
