Customer Service Representative

Hunt Mantra is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our global team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via call, chat, voice, and email in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
We offer a competitive salary of 25,000 - 32,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including retention bonus and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Job Description:
- Resolve customer queries via multiple channels (call, chat, voice, email)
- Handle a maximum of 35-40 inbound calls per day
- Focus on back-office work, primarily engaging in email and chat support
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
