Project Manager

Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimate resources, and oversee the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Draft and submit proposals, update forecasts, and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria, conduct post-mortems, and create recommendation reports.
  • Collaborate with QA to plan and execute demos.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure smooth and efficient release processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution on the SFCC platform. The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with project management software, solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
