We are seeking a visionary leader to manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre, overseeing the expansion of current activities and collaborating with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute training programs for policy makers through collaborative approaches.
  • Foster collaboration with government agencies, academic institutions, and civic organizations.
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs.
  • Operate with the management committee through consultative approach.
  • Strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities & expansion projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Any professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with New Leaders for a New India ethos.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in socio-political, leadership & governance subjects and be familiar with new age technologies.
