Job Title: Director of Operations and Environmental Stewardship

About the Role:

As the Director of Operations and Environmental Stewardship, you will play a critical role in driving business growth while ensuring adherence to global quality standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy best-in-class operational systems and processes.
    • Establish robust metrics and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on operational performance.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Sustainability & ESG Leadership:
    • Develop and implement sustainable practices, policies, and procedures aligned with global priorities and industry standards.
    • Lead reporting on sustainability performance, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable procurement across operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, sustainability, or environmental roles, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), and industry regulations.
  • Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sustainability transformations, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
