Technical Product Manager Role

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product requirements are fulfilled, evaluate product performance, and transition products from development to commercialization.

  • Lead and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
  • Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
  • Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
  • Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
  • May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
