Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless incident, problem, and operations issue resolution for our clients. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving teams to remediate problems, provide root cause analysis, and foster a motivated and skilled service delivery workforce.

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for the right candidate, where you will oversee daily operations to guarantee client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency. You will also identify and lead department-level projects to realize corporate goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 1 year as an Assistant Manager
  • Experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and US Process
  • International BPO Operation Non-voice process expertise

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Inventory: Manage and coach direct reports for effective client management and people management
  • Client Services: Oversee daily operations, manage client interactions, and execute company-wide client-related programs
  • Business Growth: Seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth
  • Problem Solving: Resolve high-impact client issues by analyzing root cause and identifying key steps

Additional responsibilities include managing staffing levels, prioritizing tasks, and budgets to meet company, department, and team goals. The incumbent must possess strong leadership skills, ability to build effective team relationships, communicate effectively, demonstrate functional excellence, and be customer-centric.
