- Software Application Support: Offer basic support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- User and Computer Management: Assist with basic user and computer management tasks within Active Directory.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft Office 365: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Directory Services: Familiarity with Active Directory for user and computer management tasks.
