Role Overview

  • The role of an eCommerce Support Analyst is to provide expert technical support for e-commerce systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming, with at least 2-3 years of experience. They should also have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or Unicode conversion, ABAP support on Basis upgrades, and functional testing.

  • Technical Support:

Provide timely and effective technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers for e-commerce related issues.

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency by automating processes and improving workflows.

  • Develop and implement process improvements using tools such as Esker and SAP integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Problem Management:

Manage and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Investigate and analyze root causes of technical issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
