Ecommerce Tester

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our NetSuite and eCommerce applications.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyze business and functional requirements related to NetSuite and eCommerce processes.
2. Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.
3. Perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations.
4. Automate regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates.
5. Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, or similar.
6. Validate API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs.
7. Log and track issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with the development team for resolution.
8. Conduct regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
9. Support test automation in CI/CD pipelines and advise on automation best practices.
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA retrospectives.
11. Document and communicate testing results and QA metrics to stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications include:

1. Relevant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing.
2. Experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows.
3. Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification.
4. Solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe).
5. Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
6. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
7. Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
8. Familiarity with test management platforms (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
9. Exposure to NetSuite scripting, workflows, and integrations with platforms like Shopify or Magento.
10. Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
11. Knowledge of load/performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
12. ISTQB or similar QA certification.
13. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
15. Self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
16. Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
