Quality Lead Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this Quality Lead role will possess a strong background in BPO operations and have excellent leadership skills to guide a team of quality analysts in achieving high-quality delivery standards.

  • Supervise and mentor quality analysts to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve overall quality performance.
  • Analyze quality trends and collaborate with operations/training teams to develop performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end quality audits for mortgage-related processes, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, servicing, or foreclosure.
  • Create, review, and update quality guidelines and checklists as per client expectations and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality dashboards, RCA reports, and improvement initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to align internal and client expectations.
  • Drive process improvement projects to enhance accuracy, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
