We are currently seeking highly skilled US Mortgage Underwriters with expertise in income calculation to join our team at our Pune office, working on a US Shift.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting – Income Calculation
  • Prior hands-on experience with W2s, 1040s, Paystubs, Bank Statements, and Tax Returns
  • In-depth knowledge of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work immediately, with no waiting period required
  • Relocation is not necessary, as the role is based in Pune, with work-from-office flexibility
