The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Professional to build and maintain our digital presence. This role involves creating engaging content, translating technical topics into compelling stories, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Craft high-quality, bite-sized content that resonates with our target audience, including memes, infographics, carousels, and reels.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to design and launch creative campaigns that capture attention.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, industry trends, and key marketing moments.
  • Amplify events on social media through pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event storytelling.
  • Engage with our online community, including industry leaders, customers, and fellow tech enthusiasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and social media formats.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media or digital content role, preferably for a tech or SaaS brand.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear, witty, and engaging copy, even on complex topics.
  • Strong understanding of Twitter and Instagram dynamics for B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Visual creativity, with experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
