Seeking an accomplished mandolin instructor to deliver engaging, personalized, and structured online lessons to students of varying skill levels.

  • Deliver high-quality online mandolin lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
  • Design customized lesson plans based on each student's skill level, goals, and musical interests.
  • Teach music theory, techniques, scales, chords, picking, and performance skills relevant to the mandolin.
  • Guide students in learning different styles (e.g., classical, folk, bluegrass, jazz, contemporary).
Responsibilities
  1. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and practice exercises.
  2. Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence, creativity, and discipline in their practice.
  3. Utilize online tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital resources effectively.
  4. Stay updated on teaching methods, trends, and repertoire for mandolin.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a mandolin teacher, music instructor, or professional mandolin player.
  • Proficiency in reading sheet music, tabs, and understanding of music theory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students online.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree/diploma in music or related field (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Experience teaching in online learning environments.
