Job Opportunity: Employee Health & Benefits Specialist

 

This role will be based in a hybrid work environment, requiring the candidate to work at least three days a week in the office.

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team who has:

 

  • In-depth knowledge of employee health and benefits insurance solutions
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, insurance partners and vendors
  • Desirable domain expertise
  • MBA degree
  • Technical skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least eight years of experience in corporate sales

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, be organized, self-disciplined, and proactive.
