About HRBP Role

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a strategic role in building and delivering people strategies that fuel business growth.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage and work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for talent acquisition, staffing, HR services and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
