At Avensys, we're seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Real Estate harmonization initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and work-life balance.

We require an SAP RE-FX specialist with extensive experience in real estate, particularly in master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering models. Your expertise will be invaluable in implementing and harmonizing finance and IT's real estate processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4 and Fiori, with a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX. They will be responsible for defining and providing recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4, as well as contributing to system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing solutions that meet IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations
  • Integrating SAP RE-FX module with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4
  • Providing insights into cost controlling in the RE-FX module

Requirements:

Experience:

  • SAP RE-FX specialist with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
  • Large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori
  • Ability to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4
  • Contribution to system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing
  • Knowledge on cost controlling in RE-FX module in SAP
  • Understanding of SAP FI-CO
  • Insight into how SAP RE-FX module is integrated with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4
  • Knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX
