- Deal Assessment & Underwriting: Evaluate new deals, ensuring sound financial validation and strong risk-adjusted returns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze rent rolls, operating memoranda, T12s, and market comps to derive actionable insights.
- Asset Management Support: Collaborate with our portfolio management team to monitor performance, compile reports, and drive asset management strategies across various property types.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or investment analysis, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Hospitality expertise with a clear understanding of key metrics (P&L, REVPAR, ADR, occupancy).
- Proven ability in monitoring asset performance and compiling reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused updates and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to underwrite deals, enhance existing financial models, and adapt strategies for evolving market conditions.
