Job Description:

Accelerate Digital Transformation by managing end-to-end inventory for physical, logical, and service resources. Act as the centralized source of truth for all network, service, and resource inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle management of resources from design and provisioning to retirement, including network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
  • Converged Services: Handle converged services across fixed, mobile, IP, and cloud networks on a single platform.
  • Customization & Development: Develop and customize UIM Cartridges for modeling new products, services, and resources without altering the core system.
  • System Integration: Integrate UIM with various OSS/BSS systems, including Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), CRM, billing, and network management platforms.
  • API Integration: Work with SOAP and REST-based Open APIs for seamless integration with external applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) and its core functionalities.
  • Proven experience in developing and customizing UIM Cartridges using Java and XML.
  • Expertise in integrating UIM with other Oracle products like OSM and external systems using SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, including SQL and PL/SQL, for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation.
