Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize UIM Cartridges to meet business and technical requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UIM with other Oracle Communications products.- Support and enhance UIM solutions through configuration changes, code updates, and performance tuning.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including CRs (Change Requests), incidents, and fallouts.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to UIM cartridge development and application support.- Ensure alignment with development best practices and architectural guidelines.- Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.Required Skills & Experience : - 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in UIM Cartridge development.- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Communications UIM including Cartridge creation, customization, and deployment.- Proficiency in Java, XML, and XQuery.- Good understanding of WebLogic Server for UIM deployment and configuration.- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.- Familiarity with Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) is a strong plus.- Experience in application support and production issue resolution, including handling Change Requests, incident tickets, and fallout analysis.Preferred Qualifications : - Telecom domain experience.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
