  • Optimizing portfolios through continuous monitoring and renewal strategies, ensuring seamless account maintenance and minimal open deferrals
Leadership and Development:
  • Attracting and retaining top talent for key roles within your team
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, including employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, to inform strategic improvements
  • Empowering teams to drive growth targets through targeted support and coaching

To succeed in this role, you will require 4 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in fields such as Engineering, Technology, Commerce, Arts, Science, or Business. A Bachelor's degree is essential.
