**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- years of experience in sales, preferably in It company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
